Virtual Assistant Staffing
Your inbox, calendar and CRM eat 10–20 hours of your week. A dedicated, vetted Filipino VA takes them over from day one, trained and briefed on your exact workflow.
Typical time back: 10–20 hrs/week
Every hour you spend in your inbox, your calendar or your help desk is an hour you're not selling, leading or growing. We hand that work to vetted remote professionals, so your week goes to the decisions that move revenue.
Matched candidates in 3–5 business days · 60-day replacement guarantee · 30-day notice, no lock-in
Move the slider to match your week. Count every hour on work someone else could do.
Imagine those hours on sales calls, new offers and the decisions only you can make.
Get those hours backPick your biggest time drain, tick the tasks you want gone, and see the role we'd match you with. Bring it to your call and we'll turn it into your Delegation Roadmap.
A $10 task (booking a meeting) and a $10,000 decision (pricing a new deal) both land on your desk. Only the decision needs you.
A slow reply to one serious prospect can cost more than a full year of admin support.
That's how much time is left for strategy when you're the assistant, the support desk and the marketer.
Hire dedicated staff, bring in a managed service, or both. Each one replaces hours you're currently spending yourself.

Typical time back: 10–20 hrs/week
One dropped follow-up with an investor, partner or key client can cost you a deal. A senior EA runs your calendar, prepares every meeting and chases every loose end before it costs you money.
Typical time back: 15–25 hrs/week
A customer who waits a day for an answer asks for a refund. Trained agents cover tickets, chat, email and phone in your timezone, so replies go out in minutes, not when you finally get to them.
Add agents as volume grows, not before
No content means no pipeline, and you don't have 10 hours a week to write it. We run strategy, social media and email for you, then report on the numbers each month: reach, leads and what drove them. You get a marketing function without a marketing hire.
Strategy and execution for less than one in-house hire
If your site doesn't convert, every dollar you spend on traffic leaves with the visitor. We build websites and brands designed to turn visits into booked calls, with SEO set up from day one and maintenance handled after launch.
From logo to launch, one team
Most staffing firms skip straight to a quote. We map exactly which hours to hand off first, so your hire pays for themselves from week one.
We listen. Where does your week go, and what would you do with 10 extra hours?
We sort every task into "you only", "train someone" and "hand off now", then put a number on the hours you'll save.
You get 2–3 matched profiles and short intro calls. You choose who joins your team.
A three-way call with you, your hire and us to agree on scope, tools and check-ins.
Daily check-ins in week one, reviews at day 7 and day 30, then monthly and quarterly.
Most agencies send a profile and an invoice. Here's what changes when you hire through us.

"Typical VA agency" describes common practices in the industry, not any specific company.
See the difference on a callIf your placement isn't working in the first 60 days, we replace them at $0 extra. Retainers run month to month with 30-day notice. The worst case is one month. The best case is 750+ hours back a year.
Your growth shouldn't be capped by how many hours you personally have in a week.
A local full-time hire means weeks of recruiting, payroll overhead and a long commitment. We give you skilled remote professionals in days, without the headcount risk, and we stay involved to make sure they deliver.
To provide businesses around the world with dependable, skilled and cost-effective remote professionals who drive productivity, improve operations and accelerate growth.
To become the most trusted global partner for offshore staffing and business support, helping companies build high-performing remote teams without borders.
A dedicated point of contact from day one, matched candidates in days rather than weeks, and a team that stays involved long after the placement.
"I was spending 15 hours a week on email and scheduling. Within two weeks my VA owned all of it. I put those hours into sales calls and closed two new accounts the next month."15 hrs/week back · 2 new accounts
"Our ticket backlog was over 300 and replies took two days. Two support agents later, we answer the same day and refund requests have dropped. They checked in daily the first week, which no other agency did."2-day replies → same day
"I was posting twice a month and my website hadn't changed in three years. They rebuilt the site and took over social and email. Inbound leads went from about 5 a month to 18 within a quarter."5 → 18 leads/month
Think about what one extra closed deal, one new offer or one well-run quarter is worth to your business. Getting 10+ hours a week back gives you room for all three. On your discovery call we map your week and show you exactly how many hours you'll get back before you commit to anything.
A local hire means weeks of recruiting, payroll taxes, benefits and office costs, and it's hard to undo if it doesn't work out. We deliver vetted candidates in 3–5 business days, on a month-to-month retainer, with a 60-day replacement guarantee.
After your discovery call and roadmap, we send 2–3 matched candidate profiles within 3–5 business days. Most clients have their hire working within two weeks.
We map exactly what to delegate before we hire, you choose your candidate after a live intro call, and we check in daily during the first week. If it still isn't right, our 60-day replacement guarantee covers you.
Yours. We match candidates on timezone alignment, the tools you already use and your industry wherever possible.
No. Services run on a monthly retainer with 30-day cancellation notice.
Yes. Many clients start with a virtual assistant and add customer support, marketing or a website project as they grow. We'll review your needs at your day-30 check-in.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing or profiling.
When we place a virtual assistant, executive assistant or support agent, they may access your systems and your customers' data on your instructions. For that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28) with clients on request, and every placed professional is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
We use trusted service providers (processors) who handle data only on our instructions:
Our team members and placed professionals work remotely, mainly from the Philippines, and access client data only as needed for their role. We may also disclose data where required by law.
We are based in the Philippines, and some providers are in the United States. Neither has an EU adequacy decision for all transfers. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant), or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a US provider is certified. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use.
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Email [privacy@yourdomain.com] to use any of these rights. We reply within one month. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you also have rights as a data subject and may contact the National Privacy Commission.
We use access controls, unique accounts for team members, confidentiality agreements and encrypted, reputable tools to protect your data. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email.

Information on this site is a general description and not a binding offer. The exact scope, fees and start date for any engagement are set out in your proposal and service agreement.
Discovery calls and Delegation Roadmaps are free and carry no obligation. A proposal becomes binding only when both parties sign a service agreement and the first invoice is paid. Work, including candidate matching, starts after both are complete.

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. Project-based work is cancelled under the terms of the project agreement.
If a placed professional is not a good fit within 60 days of their start date, tell us and we will source a new round of candidates at no extra charge. The guarantee covers replacement only and does not include a refund of fees already paid, unless your agreement says otherwise.
We and every placed professional keep your business information confidential. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement in your service agreement applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data as a controller.
